You don't need a clear explanation of what's wrong.

You may only have a sense that something is not working as it should. People rarely come asking to move from reaction to choice. More often, they bring one of these.

I understand everything, but I keep doing the same things.
We explore what keeps these responses going and learn to use that understanding in real situations.
My reactions sometimes override my intentions.
We learn to recognise reactions as they develop, understand where they come from and make room for a considered response.
I do not understand what is happening to me.
After trauma, migration, a big life change or a later recognition of neurodivergence, we make sense of your experience.
I do not know what I want or how to move forward.
We explore inner conflicts, find your priorities and look at realistic options for what comes next.

We can begin wherever you are.

Our promise

We promise transformation.

Not becoming a different person in a matter of weeks, but a change in how you see what once seemed overwhelming and drained your energy.

Within the first two or three sessions we aim for the first shift: from automatic reaction to understanding, and from understanding to conscious choice. Those sessions should also give you a clear basis for deciding whether this approach is right for you. We are not interested in therapy for the sake of therapy, and you are under no obligation to continue simply because you have started.

Read the full promise

Transformation does not mean becoming a different person in a matter of weeks. Nor does it mean that every difficulty in your life will suddenly disappear. We are talking about something far more specific.

What once seemed like an overwhelming problem, consuming your attention and draining your energy, can begin to look entirely different. You start to recognise not only the problem itself, but also its structure, underlying mechanisms and possibilities you may not have considered before. And what once drained your energy can begin to generate the energy needed for change.

This is the first shift we aim to achieve within the initial two or three sessions. Not a miraculous resolution of every difficulty, but a meaningful change in perspective.

We are interested in work that makes a meaningful difference in your life. And you should not have to spend years examining a problem before beginning to recognise possible ways forward.

About me

Raised between cultures, curious about yours.

I was born into a Slavic culture and began travelling at the age of two. At eighteen I started studying psychology and working on a crisis helpline. Since then I have worked with NGOs and in private practice across the United Arab Emirates, India, Africa and Slavic countries, mostly with trauma, displacement and family difficulties.

My interest in understanding your inner world may sometimes exceed your own. It is what brought me to this profession in the first place.

I look forward to exploring your world.

More about me

I grew up in a city home to 133 nationalities and 30 religions. My father was a sea captain, and growing up among different cultures, traditions and ways of thinking left little room for the assumption that there is only one way to see the world.

The complexity of the experiences people brought to the helpline made it difficult to approach psychology as a purely academic discipline. That has stayed with me ever since.
